How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs and taxes (and VAT/GST or your country’s application tax) will be calculated before we ship out our product to you.  This keeps allows us to keep the costs down since we will know how many units we are sending to each shipping zone after the campaign ends.
It also makes it easier for you since your address might change between now and shipping.
We aim to keep the shipping costs as low as possible and we expect the final shipping cost at $19.99 to $55 at the most, to most regions around the world. If you live in a location closer to our fulfillment partner the shipping will be significantly less maybe even free.
We will notify you via email after the campaign ends with updates and links to Backerkit where you will be able to enter your shipping address and confirm your order options. Your credit card will not be billed automatically for shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties when applicable. You may not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important to make yourself aware

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If you decide that your oobo product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within the 30-day returns policy. Request a return/exchange by simply submitting a claim through our Contact Us Here form and we’ll take care of it for you. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.

oobo covers the cost of return shipping if you’ve bought from the contiguous USA. If you reside outside of this area you’ll need to cover the cost to return the product back to oobo i.e. if you had your case delivered to the United States, flew to London and wanted to return the case, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a full refund ensure all original parts and packaging are included and settings are restored. Things we check for:

  • The product is unused and is in original, saleable condition.
  • Original packaging is provided in original, saleable condition.

Please note: A $50 return fee applies during promotional periods.

How do I return my product?

We have designed our suitcases, bags, and accessories to be perfect travel companions. If you decide that this is not the product for you, for whatever reason, send it back to us within 30 days of placing your order and we’ll reimburse you your money. The products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

The 30-day return policy does not apply for the following:

  • Used items - products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging
  • Personalised items - these are made bespoke and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You have already returned the item once previously (an item can be returned once per order)
  • You have ordered 20 or more individual items, or you purchased more than 50 items within a 6 month period (applies to both individual and corporate customers) 

All our products are made to last, and our Lifetime Warranty for luggage and 5 year warranty for travel bags & accessories on manufacturing faults applies.

How do I care for my product?

Our cases are extremely easy to clean. A bit of warm water with detergent, soap or all-purpose spray, on a cleaning cloth and some elbow grease, will get most marks off.

What is your warranty?

All oobo luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers any defect on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages and specific cracks or breaks in the under shell. The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from oobo and cosmetic damages, any bumps, scratches, scuffs or general wear and tear generated from using the case and have no impact on how the case is used or its functionality. The products are designed to be stored in overhead compartments when travelling. If the product must be checked in due to airline conditions, submit a claim through our Contact Us Here form to purchase a replacement. WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES? All our products are all protected by a limited five-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within five years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you. The 5 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, bags and accessories that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from oobo, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.  WHO DO I CONTACT IF I NEED MY OOBO PRODUCT TO BE FIXED UNDER WARRANTY?Place a claim through our Contact Us Here form and quote your #oobo order number along with any images or videos of defects you wish to be fixed.
